A question

Another article in the news about a security guard preventing a blind person entering a shop with their properly identified guide dog.

Should somebody be removed from a job if they are unable to follow the law, or even prosecuted for breaking it?

He may be following the instructions of the shop owners? If that is the case, they should be at least fined.

@Teslin Good point. Maybe it's the shop owners breaking the law, and the guard is only an accomplice.

I know in canada you cannot stop a service dog from entering any business.

Terrible he did that. Not everyone knows these human rights.
