What's your favourite dried fruit?

At the moment, craisens -- dried cranberries.

Everyone who answers apricot make me wince. I had to help cut apricots for the drying shed when I was a kid, and since I was bedridden with limited mobility I got stuck with the overly ripe mushy ones. Sounds counter-intuitive, but they take longer to cut and position (as well as being messier) and since you were paid piece-rate nobody wanted to slow down to cut those so they went to the kid who was bed-ridden and couldn't complain.
