It turns out that the new barmade at what once was a lovely pub is Australian!!

When I heard the news I had to go and investigate. She isn't just Australian, she's very Australian. By which I mean loud.

Also she has an eyebrow pierced. I'm willing to give her a chance but I don't have high expectations.

But she did get my order right and was the equivalent of polite if you are Australian so perhaps there's a glimmer of hope. Time will tell.
