Being around people drains me.

I have social anxiety and I really hate having to talk to people. I'm awkward too just today I saw the landlord talking to the old lady neighbor who i dislike. I was in a hurry and kind of gave them a weird look unintentionally. Idk sometimes I act weird and awkward I don't mean it either.

I’d say for myself it’s the type of people around me that matter. Some people have a positive vibe and attitude. The negative ones are energy vampires.

I have social anxiety as well and can relate to this. That feeling of acting awkward and weird has made me too scared to talk to anyone in person.
