Canada voted though the emergencies act

Its becoming clearer and clearer that the last 2 years was never about good health.

Insane lockdowns, experimental injections, isolation, destruction of the economy (for the 99%), masks, huge reduction in health care services, mandates (slavery) and now a sprinkling of martial law and economic warfare (seizing citizens bank accounts)

Stop defending this murderous, insane system and its acolytes

Kind of strange that Canada is going through all this because historically it has been a really peaceful place. I mean when's the last time you ever heard about any sort of major trouble in that country? You would expect it in the United States or Middle East but not Canada for God's sake

@Punches From what I've seen (mostly) nothing has happened - so it's by no surprise in some way. Life goes on.

@SW-User iirc you are in Canada yes? I guess your country was just due first some BS. It kind of sucks because of all the developed countries, you guys seemed immune to the BS that goes on in the world but I suppose no one is

@Punches yes, I'm in Canada and I'm not attached to any cause. I've seen worse without any Emergency Act put in place here. It's political theatre (I mean that upon all sides). In Toronto, in 2010 for the G20, thousands were illegally detained, kettled, and left without places to "squat" - ie toilets without mentioning abuse or rape (never confirmed)

Many would say that lawsuit against police for the actions led to the soft response this time. Those who want to stretch overreach is .... just overstating. (edited for clarity I sometimes need)

@Punches For those who don't know Canada's history.... The gattling gun was first used in Canada against the Metis in Saskatchewan in 1885. The Ukrainians and Germans and Japanese were all interned in our history. FLQ, Oka and now Ottawa. BTW I remain on the side of Louis Riel.
