I am not one for politics especially American politics but there is a bit of hypocrisy going around

I have not hid the fact that I am a fan of Joe Rogan at all. I think his podcast is great for free speech and hearing other peoples opinions when they are not your own. My issue is this whole cancel culture thing going on and the people who mostly push for this are very hypocritical imo
The people who mostly push for cancel culture are the ones who most likely voted for Joe Biden so with that in mind, why on earth do you care so much of trying to cancel Joe Rogan over this people have deemed racist (completely ignoring any context to why he said those things) but yet actually vote in a racist homophobic person like Joe Biden to run a country?
And yeah people are going to say Joe Biden is not racist and blah blah blah but it isnt hard to find dumb things he has said. Hell even his Vice president was accusing him of being racist when running for president.

I just dont get the hypocrisy. Seems you all pick and choose who is allowed to be racist and homophobic and deem others as that when unwarranted.

I more think it is about power and feel powerful by trying to make others lives as miserable as you can.
I dont understand how people get off from wanting others to fail.

anyway that is all i will say on this

While I agree that there is too much sensitivity out there, but when you say something like:
The people who mostly push for cancel culture are the ones who most likely voted for Joe Biden
You prove you're just another one-sided individual, especially when Trump's entire brand (and his supporters) was to silence and cancel wholesale.

@Northwest I am not one sided at all. I care as much about Trump and his supporters as i Do Biden and his and that is really nothing at all. Yes people on the right try to cancel things as well but not like the left do. They are the driving force behind it. Just look at all the left leaning celebrities who encourage it and enrage people to do it like the women on the view and Even Disney.
If this was a thread about cancelling books at school or things of that nature i would have said people on the right were the main instigators
I am not one sided at all
?????
Just look at all the left leaning celebrities who encourage it and enrage people to do it like the women on the view and Even Disney.
You seem to forget that Fox is the #1 cable news channel in the country. Not to mention that 100% of all the right wing media channels AND personalties are for left leaning cancellation.
ZashaKitty · 26-30, F
@Northwest You mean their competition? yeah and those on left wing media channels want the same for the right wing media. What is your point? that is not cancel culture
Northwest · M
@ZashaKitty
that is not cancel culture
🤣😂
What is your point?
See above. My point has been the same: you are biased.
ZashaKitty · 26-30, F
@Northwest and the point you are trying to make is incorrect
Northwest · M
@ZashaKitty Ok, we'll agree to disagree, that "The people who mostly push for cancel culture are the ones who most likely voted for Joe Biden", is not one-sided, and you're not "one for politics".
ZashaKitty · 26-30, F
@Northwest I dont have to be one for politics to know what majority of people are for cancel culture. To claim otherwise just shows your bias
