What is your opinion on yearly car state inspection

Some states only require to be inspected when you buy it.

Some states don’t have any inspection at all some states are every two years or every three years.

I dont agree with yearly inspections.

I believe the mileage and year should dictate inspections. Like every 5 years or 50,000 miles etc
