Yes, I am. We often need others to tell us what we can improve on as we might not be able to see it ourselves. Sadly, a lot of people prefer to live in their own bubble and dismiss any sort of criticism as trolling just so they don't have to admit their faults.

There is NEVER a time where you cannot benefit from someone else.

Sure, I appreciate constructive criticism although I usually take the source into consideration. Is this someone who is actually relevant/good at the what they are critiquing or are they just critiquing because they like to vomit their opinions on others?

It depends who it is from. To me that makes the difference. Although, I’m probably still not fully open to it.
