do you like video games and if so, what are some of your favorites?

I am not the biggest video game player but I do play some from time to time. I am excited though that this month is giving me a reason to turn my ps5 back on, due to A new Horizon Forbidden west game and Elden Ring. Also have been convinced to get a game called Sifu

but yeah do you like games and if so what do you enjoy?

Recently I played halo infinite and I’ve hated every halo I’ve played except this one.. tho I never played 4…

But alas I play a lot of games.. my favorites are the clash of ninja series and tenkaichi series..

@AuRevoir very cool. I dont really like those first person shooter games but halo does look fun.
I dont know the rest you mentioned though lol. My lack of knowledge of games came very clear with this thread haha

@ZashaKitty I really hate halo, and have hated it for years since it’s first release so for them to make something I give 5/5 stars to, surprises me and makes me wonder if the actual fans will hate this one since I enjoyed it so much. 👀☕️

@ZashaKitty I just felt like halo finally felt like it’s own world. The main character who’s main appeal was supposed to be a “super soldier” which basically was a phantom backbone of the game. Finally has a real backbone to the game mechanics and he actually feels like a super soldier instead of simply just saying he is one for plot convenience. The dialogue was much improved the conversations back and forth between the characters finally felt real and human instead of one dimensional. They actually balanced it with a personality dynamic kind of the way comedy duos have a fall man and a straight man act.. The missions and activities you do in the game kind of imitate a lot of games like far cry or lord of the rings.. but they do it right where far cry gets it wrong and everything you do feels like it actually matters.. even a lot of the vehicles halo was known for, finally matter and have a much more real purpose to them..

And they finally got more diverse with their weapons arsenal and they balanced their ammo pickups and requirements.. it’s just a really great game.. this is coming from a hater who gives halo a lot of hate for its series.. so idk.. I’m just interested in hearing what my cousins and brothers will think of it because they’ve always loved it and this is the first one I thought was great..
