Deep. Sometimes I go too far

Depends on my mood. I can be as shallow as the best of them, but then my brain likes to spiral downwards sometimes.

Extremely deep. Too deep for my own comfort and well being at times....

Deeper than is probably healthy

Most of the time I'm wading near the shore.

I try to stay in the shallows and the practicals .
I’m afraid if I go too deep , I won’t make it back out 😅
