Everyone preaches the importance of confidence but how many of us actually like it when we see others being confident?

And what defines the line between arrogance and confidence for you?

It's unfortunate that people seem to think confidence and arrogance are the same thing. Arrogance is believing that you are better than others; confidence is simply having faith in your abilities. It isn't a matter of comparing yourself to others.

@NickiHijab Yeah, but is that the confident person being arrogant or the threatened person being insecure?

I think the lines blur more in people's perception than they do in their actions. To some it's pretty clear when someone is being arrogant. But to others, all confidence may come off as arrogance because they feel that being confident is inherently a form of superiority and lording it over others.
