Satanism says, "Man, indulge thyself & do what thou wilt." New age spirituality says, "Man, evolve into thyself, a God." Hinduism says, "Man, transcend & realize thyself."
But Jesus said, "Deny thyself," and "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me;...For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Matthew 11:28-30. All other religions do not give you victory over sin and eternal security and they are legalistic. All religions cannot coexist because they are all fundamentally contradictory. Out of all religions, Jesus is the only one who claimed to be God.
Salvation is compared to walking through a door, to taking a drink of water and eating a piece of bread, because it’s easy and you don’t have to work your way to heaven. You only have to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.
And it takes us a whole lifetime to figure out that things in this world do not satisfy. The Bible says to seek those things which are above, "If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God." Colossians 3:1. 1 John 2:17 says, "And the world passeth away,and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever."
Everything on this earth is gonna burn. It's all gonna burn. Invest your life in something that is going to last forever. Jesus Christ is the only truth: everything else is illusion. Win souls. Influence others for Christ. He that winneth souls is wise.
If you're not sure that you are saved and you want to receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior right now, please pray this prayer and believe it in your heart: Dear God, I know that I am a sinner and I know I deserve to go to Hell. I know that I can never be good enough on my own to earn heaven. I'm not trusting in my works. I am only trusting in you, Jesus. I put my faith in what you did for me on the cross and that you shed your blood on the cross as payment for my sins and that you died, were buried and rose again. I pray this in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.

@DocSavage Not believing in something does not make it non existent. That doesn't make it go away. You know this, Doc. That's illogical. Just because you don't believe in sin doesn't mean that sin doesn't exist. You are a sinner and have broken God's law just like the rest of us and you do indeed need a savior - Jesus Christ - God manifest in the flesh - the only man who walked the earth who was ever without sin, and lived a perfect life. Accept that fact now and you will be transformed and will gain an inner peace that you can't find anywhere else. I want to see you in Heaven.

This isn't a game. We are talking about eternity here. Your life here is merely one dash between two dates, then after that comes eternity. What's important to you?
I have come on here every day and have been mocked, laughed at and ridiculed because I care for people's souls and care about investigating the truth on all matters, no matter how controversial.
A very common theme that people have displayed all throughout history is to laugh at the truth; to mock and persecute those who speak it.
It has ALWAYS been this way. Even in the field of science. People are first considered nuts and laughed at, then when they are proven right, they are considered geniuses.
God's people have been hated all throughout history, just like our savior was.
What is right is usually never what is popular or in the majority.
You may not see it as care (care as redefined by our generation who use Orwellian new speak), but I sincerely do care about you.
God is a consuming fire. So, if you believe on Him, the fire will be beautiful to you in eternity, but if you reject Him, you're going to burn. Its not that He has it in for anyone, it's that it's His essential nature!

@SW-User This might come as a shock to you. But the reason some people laugh at , mock and ridiculed is they honestly don’t believe in your god. You don’t seem to get that little fact do you ? You actually think, Heaven , Hell, eternity, burning , is that supposed to intimidate me ? You say people laugh at the truth, until it’s been proven correct. What happens when it’s proven wrong ? Do you keep believing in something you know isn’t true, just because it’s tradition ? We live in a world where truth can be demonstrated, and fairytales can be exposed. We don’t have to take things on faith alone, and we don’t have to be afraid of boggy man in the sky.

Again, you show very strong emotions; you show a hatred for a God that you supposedly don't believe exists. That is not the response of someone who believes the Bible is a fairy tale. You don't react to any other fairy tale that way.
The Bible makes it clear that all of us who believe on (put their trust in) the Lord Jesus Christ are going to Heaven. We have eternal security. I have believed on the Lord Jesus Christ and have been born again.
