When was the last time you almost died, and how?

@swirlie Wow that's quite the event, i never tried anything quite so dramatic. So you had an actual out of body experience before waking up?

@Teggy Lucky, bike accidents seem like some of the most dangerous, good you did.

@Axelerator if I get into one I hope to be vaporize and go quick.

@Teggy I get that, better than suffering greatly and dying eventually, if it's a bigger one.

@Axelerator It was pretty touch and go and I didn't think I'd make it out alive, nor did the dr's.

@MoonlightLullaby Well you did in the end, and that matters most. I was grateful for my accident too, it was a rare movie moment survival thing lol.

@BeefySenpie Yup, that's def dangerous, and real hard to recover from if you get too far away

@SW-User Good thing you didn't. Do you remeber anything about how it felt, as in how you reacted in the situation?

@Axelerator Yes. I was mildly afraid, but more determined to keep myself and my, at the time, best friend afloat. I even remember the empty void feeling of release before being pulled back into reality.

@SW-User This is similar to my experience as well. any of the times i've been close to death in my life, i never felt overwhelming fear, nor did i panic. I simply did what i had to survive, despite realizing the effects if i failed. I guess it can still vary from person to person.

@SW-User thankfully you made it. Did you get any injuries from it?

@Axelerator I had a fractured sacrum ,a fractured skull which has been the source for vertigo as it effects my inner ear ...not fun ....I had months of all kinds of therapies...it took a long time to heal ...

@SW-User Damn, that's quite the experience, i'm glad you recovered from all that, hope it doesn't affect you still.
