Pretty sure i have covid; this isn't bad at all. More of an inconvenience really.

I'm more worried about spreading it to someone who is likely to die from it.

No paid sick leave so I'm still going to work 🤷🏽‍♂️ sorry but the bills don't stop and I support myself on my own.

There was a time when no matter how hurt or sick you were, the bosses demanded you still come in.

They would say things like, "You need a doctor's note" or "I come to work sick every day" or "You cannot call off cause we have already had umpteen call-offs."

Their philosophy was pretty much "no excuses". If you called in sick you were just faking or lieing.

So why all the sudden do they want people to stay home from work if they are sick? They didn't care if sick people went to work and spread their ailments before. People can die of the flu as well but the boss didn't care.
