Insta Pot chicken

I have no idea what I'm doing but I just shoved a beer can up a chicken butt and about 45 minutes it should be delicious or horrible.

Update: 45 minutes is 25 minutes too long. That poor bird stood no chance.

Cooking tip - if you shake up the beer can really good before you shove it up the chickens butt it will add a little extra bang to the chickens flavor. Cheers!

Should be fine. You're basically just making braised chicken in the instant pot.

I have a Ninja foodie. I like to pressure cook my whole chicken and then crisp it up with the air fryer in the same pot. It turns out awesome but I don't think it really saves any time doing it that way lol

@SW-User I thought about broiling it to finish it but yeah, the whole point is to save time, this way I get good healthy chicken in under an hour.

@Firegod74 i love chicken marinated in lemon juice., the acids make the meat more tender and i like the flavor too. stuff some lemon slices in it and on it?

@Penny next time I'll put lemon juice in the beer can then give the bird a light coating of olive oil and lemon pepper. That sounds really good.
