Your favourite way to cook

I just discovered that if you want some hard boiled eggs it's easier to just set them in a hot oven after you've baked something and let the residual heat cook them. In about half an hour they're done and slip right out of the shells because they've dehydrated a bit.

Scrambled, made in the pan NOT a microwave (🤢).

Poached. Boil water drop egg in and eat.
