And suddenly get sad? Sad about friends from the past that are no longer here? Sad about broken friendships that you've somehow lost along the way? Sad about memories left behind that you revisit as soon as you log in? For some reason, logging in tonight just hit a little different. ☹

Thanks to the floating heads banner adorning the top of the home page, I’m reminded of several connections that simply no longer exist. The emptiness echoing what was has been so deep here lately. Not fond of that at all but I try to focus on the smiles still waiting to be had here, otherwise I’d drown in nostalgia because it…the vibe, people, posts really were groovy once upon a time.

@PerfectionOfTheHeart that banner punched me in the gut when I logged back in. I frantically searched for a way to remove it, to no avail. I literally despise it because it reminds of the good ol' days on this site. Now, I'm just disconnected and rarely socialize anymore. All these new names and only a few familiar ones.
