How long did your longest relationship last?

I was with my ex wife for 17 years, married for 12. In hind site it didn't work out because we were drinking buddies more than we were partners. I stayed with her longer than I should have because of my son. Five years later my daughter was born and I knew I had to make a change. I put myself in rehab and stopped drinking completely. She did not want to give up her old lifestyle, so it was time for me to make my exit. I've been divorced from her and sober now for over eight years, not to mention that I have a great relationship with my kids.

Almost 55 years. No mistake so far.

Actually 5 months only, but she stayed around for almost 5 years. I should have thought about it when in a thread (it was an online thing) she said "when my next boyfriend comes along". It was many after me.

8 years and she cheated on me. The mistake was that she wasn't loyal

I'm more convinced I made the right call every single day.

7yrs. We went different ways bc I worked, and she picked up some bad habits from people she would call friends.

My current one will be 25 years next summer.

6 -8 months . She wanted more than I was willing to give.

26 and counting. Not a mistake.

10 years. Sadly though, she decided she liked the idea of meeting up with an ex of hers and doing the naughty.

9 years. She was interested to try multiple men while still with me

It'll be 12 years in April.

I don't remember it

6 months.

Every relationship of mine has been a mistake. In fact, pretty much all of my friendships have been too 🤔😂
