Dream interpretation, what do u think

So last night I had a dream that kind of through me. When. I woke up with a really weird feeling I don't really know how to explain. I had a dream I was pregnant with 3 babies and the 4th one died in side and I was told in my dream that I had to keep the dead baby in my stomach till the other 3 where ready but I kept feeling like the dead baby was going to kill or affect the still alive babies. Yes I was sad for the dead baby in my dream but I didn't want to hurt the live ones.
