No I'm relieved that this year I will be with them. Last year we had to watch our Grandkids open their presents while they sat in their SUV and we stood outside. This year we will be going to their house. Cheers and happy weekend!

Screw restrictions. That being said, I ended the large extended family gatherings years ago. Too impersonal. Kids and grandkids make for a perfect event.

I have pretty much zero relationships with any family so i really don't care one way or another about holidays it's just another day I dint care about

I avoid them whenever possible anyways 🤷‍♂️

Yes. I’m going to see my parents and my niece, who lives with them. My siblings will probably come, but no one else is driving up or flying in. That means if we want to have Christmas supper in our bathrobes, or have it DoorDashed, that’ll be perfectly fine.

i normally only see my immediate family anyway. i don’t know my extended family well.
