Why am i alwaya so sad

Nothing makes me happy anymore. I mean activity wise, and I'm always crying in my room where no one can hear or see me.

🤗 Might be something like depression or anxiety. If it's been going on for a while, you should probably discuss it with a medical professional at least to rule such things out.

I guess you need to do concentrate on productive things so your mind will remain occupied.

You should talk to someone about it. Trusted family, teacher, counselor. Could be depression, and there's lots of help for that. It's ok, but it's great to get that help, medication, and feel yourself again.
