Anxiety and Stress 😬

I had to make an important phone call yesterday, so from about 7am until a little after I made the call at 916am, my heart was beating so fast and hard you could hear it and feel it.

At one point I was checking my pulse, 20 beats in 10 seconds. Once everything calmed down, I redid my pulse and my resting heart rate was a 76. But before my heart rate would have been a 104.
