Is the meaning of life the same for humans as for animals?

Probably. But as long as we stay out of their lives, they're better at it.

I think yes. Some animals trip to other dimensions, some are more embodied, some just care about order, some try to create beauty, i mean animal kingdom is HUGE you can't just put an ant next to a hippo or an owl next to an elephant!!!

No, quite different.. their meanings are much simpler, often more to do with survival and mating. While those things are also part of human lives, it isn't always or even necessarily the main feature in our lives.
