The cooking process is not as important as the age of the eggs. Older eggs do not adhere to the shell as much as fresh eggs.

@dancingtongue I read that the other day. So what- you let your eggs get old before cooking them?

@Myocite Yep. I don't use that many eggs any way, so when I get fresh eggs I boil whatever I have remaining.

@dancingtongue I like to cook 12 at a time and eat the whites- 6 or 7 at a time to keep myself full.

@Myocite Buy in advance and let a dozen sit for a couple of days before cooking.
