What time of year is it appropriate to wear snow pants in public?

Poll - Total Votes: 21
Now is okay!!! (November, first snow, low of -2 c high of 5 c)
You might want to wait a bit longer - I could understand if people thought you’re a bit weird.
A snow suit!?!? Are you crazy??? I think anybody who wears snow pants in public is so weird!!!
Wear whatever you want whenever you want, who cares!!!

Eg: going to a store, walking dogs, etc. I ask because it’s the first real snow of the year today where I live and it’s freeeezing cold this morning, and I’m seeing lots of people bundled up but nobody wearing their snow pants yet. I ask because I like wearing my snow pants or a snow suit out but I don’t really want people in the store or my neighbours to look at me funny lol.

So I thought I’d take a shot and see what SW has to say about the issue, so what time of year/approximately what temperature/snowyness do you consider appropriate to see someone wearing snow pants to the point where you wouldn’t really notice/care or if you did notice just not be surprised to see someone is wearing them?? I just want to avoid people noticing and being shocked that I’m wearing them

Ps to any of my followers seeing this: new story that I’ve teased foreeever definitely coming soon 😊

Oh no, you’re missing out @oceanblue !!! Snow, cozy warm clothes, coats, snow pants, snow suits… being all bundled up and secure while walking through the cold or even skiing or sledding… I couldn’t give it up!!! ☺️

@SnowGirl great fun i can feel 🙂 do peaple take bath everyday during such season?
SnowGirl · 26-30, F
@oceanblue I have a shower every other day and every other time I shower I wash my hair, I keep that routine all year round.
The warmth from my clothes will make me sweat sometimes still!!!
Idk about others but I always try to dress so that I’m too hot rather than too cold, but I dress in layers so if I’m too hot I can take off my coat or sweater underneath or I’ll unzip the top of my snowsuit if I’m wearing one etc. But I fight with the cold a lot so I usually stay pretty bundled up on the cold days 😊
