Wipe all the data on the laptop, give it a nice rub and clean the laptop with some alcoholic micro fiber cloth on outer surface or something like that and either sell it at a pawn shop if you want some cash or donate to someone who's in need of a laptop.

Recycle or see what a pawn shop may buy it for it'll be low ball but they negotiate.
