I'm almost 56, post YouTube shorts of me dancing/exercising & everyone is so surprised by my age. 55 isn't old!
That's my opinion of course. What do YOU consider old?

55 sure isn't old -- at least not for some people. I'm well past that and I'm not old yet.

On the other hand, I know a couple of people who retired at 55 and are basically just waiting to die. No interest in anything. Now THEY are OLD.

@FrozenWasteland Very wise. I wonder why people are so different in their attitudes about aging? I find that very interesting.

@Myocite Much of what I've learned in life that was really worth knowing came from my grandfather. When he was dying, he told me he had only one regret. He wished that he had gone to university after he retired.

I try to live that way.

@Myocite Not skipping out on things I like to do because I think I'm getting too old for it.

I still seem to work pretty well so I don't plan on slowing down anytime soon.
