I'm almost 56, post YouTube shorts of me dancing/exercising & everyone is so surprised by my age. 55 isn't old!
That's my opinion of course. What do YOU consider old?

I have friends in their eighties. They are more active than I am at times

Age is just a number. Health is more important

@LunarOrbit Yes, I agree 100%. I read a lot about longevity & we have more control over our health/aging process than we frequently think.
