Why don’t people say where they’re from on SW?

I am from the US. Sometimes my country does things that I am ashamed of, but I am still American. Knowing where you’re from makes it easier for others in the SW family to communicate with you… to know what additional information you may require, and what time zone you may be in. I am simply referring to the fact that it’s not listed on many profiles. Most people will tell you if you ask.

I’d rather they know up front. If they have a problem with me being from the US - just let me know and I’ll block them.

@mysteryespresso I wouldn’t do that. I don’t blame Russian people for the situation today. It’s the leaders that make it happen. I’m sure Russian people are good at heart like most others in the world. It’s not just to dislike people because where they are from.

@Jill1990 not everyone thinks like you. Someone on here was talking about cancelling Russian musicians, avoiding Russian restaurants
