Brazilian President may be charged with COVID crimes

After six months of deliberation and investigation, a Brazilian Senate Committee is proposing to charge the President of Brazil with intentional crimes and crimes against humanity for his denial of the COVID pandemic, inaction, and assorted efforts to block public health policies addressing the pandemic.
