What is the point of going to the doctors ‽..😵

[c=359E00]If I was to die, i rather die on the spot than go to to doctors, because I'm going to die anyways. So what is the point? Somewhere to go?..ya maybe. But I could've used that time to do something else. Like going to the store and shopping for boots for the winter..which i still need to do...😵[/c]
[c=005E2F]from 3 days ago i been experiencing this itch from my left foot near the toe area. And it's wierd because it only starts itching, really bad at that, at 1am. And when i wake up and walk on it in the morning i can feel a huge bump underneath the left toe, almost like it's inflamed. And as the days went by it became worse. Like it is red bumbs and red rashy like. Like right now it feels dry and rubery. Itches only when i touch it. But I am afraid of tonight again becsuse every night the itching becomes worse 😭 Ya, so i went to the doctor this morning. He said some type of allergy. I asked could it be my blanket? He nodded no it's not that. I am like the cold? Hes like nope...he's like could be socks you wearing. But if it was my socks wouldn't it be both my feet? He asked me if i still have this cream he gave me way back in December. And thats a cream for something else. A rash that was on my face so maybe🤔 😂😂😂. But he gave me a percription for the cream again. But if only i had a decisive explanation in what the heck it's from. They just look at it and right away print a precription for some type of medicine. Like they are saying here, this might help and if it doesn't oh well your money went to waste. Ok, maybe it would do the job, in the most part, but i like an explanation too you know.. huu smh🤦‍♀️[/c]
[c=BF0000]question:[/c] [c=003BB2]am i wrong?[/c]
[c=002673]like my right foot is completly normal 👽🤷‍♀️[/c]

[c=003BB2]anyways heres a picture on my way there 📸[/c]

It's not a waste to see a doctor when something is wrong with your body. Especially so if it's something that can give you insight into an issue like this. I'd ask for an allergy test. It might be that you're allergic to something you use or eat, or something your foot is coming into contact with. Maybe it's an infection causing the reaction... Could be any number of things.

As for your idea of "They studied for so long, they should know what this is!" that isn't how diagnostic medicine is performed. Tests should be run, symptoms and causes should be researched... They rely on other doctors, testing, and published documents to help diagnose issues. They don't study every little symptom and disease, and can haul it back up like a super computer.

@nightjourney I doubt it's the cold. If it was, you'd have this issue all the way through winter, and when dealing with ice cubes and drinks. More likely something with your bedding, blankets, or something else entirely.

@nightjourney Hmm... If this only happens in bed, it's gotta be something around there. What's the footing of your bed like?

@nightjourney It could be something in the basement that your body is starting to react to. If you aren't in the basement very much outside of changing or sleeping, it could explain something.

@nightjourney Could be something that suddenly developed. I'm pretty sure I developed a mild allergy, as I'm getting random hives.
