Why is the word "homosexual ' (a scientific word) considered bad but" cis" (also scientific) considered OK?

I've never known a non trans person to be okay with 'cis' unless they are some idealistic young kid who hasn't really lived in the world and it's constantly eager to virtue signal how woke they are.

Seeing as most natal people don't like cis, isn't that reason enough to change it?

I'm in the UK, Homosexual is never really heard in any media anymore. I've never heard a leftwing (or right wing) cultural commentator use it nearly two decades.

In my initial post I did use homosexual not homosexuality @SW-User. In that video, I didn't hear the word I mentioned used. I heard homosexuality. If I'm wrong, give me the time it's said and I'll check it out.
