Your thoughts? Right or wrong?

Ok, so my friend is divorced and when their daughter goes over her father's house she says he is always playing pool with his friends, or darts and they are drinking and being really loud. Plus he has her to stay in her room.

I can understand if that happens sometimes, but if this is most nights, he just shouldn't have custody. That's no way to raise a child, locking her up in the same room day in and day out.
