Ok, so my friend is divorced and when their daughter goes over her father's house she says he is always playing pool with his friends, or darts and they are drinking and being really loud. Plus he has her to stay in her room.

That's a hard one. Adults have to have adult time. Maybe he could hang out every other weekend so he can make time for her too.
