I hate when I get really depressed and I can't pinpoint why.

@Manabell thanks. I stopped taking my meds since I was feeling better after tms. But it crept up on me again

@Lilliesandlight yeah. I stopped talking my meds and I got so depressed I wanted to die. It makes me sad but they are all that's keeping me going. How bad does it get for you?

@Manabell I just shut down and don't want to do anything. I go numb

@Lilliesandlight that sounds terrible...cuddling and watching movies with my partner helped me a lot when I felt like that. But I haven't been with anyone in over 7 years

@Manabell there no point in leaving now. I'm old and I couldn't support the kids. So I just pop my pills, cry it out and try to make the best of it

@Manabell it's definitely hard to find people who understand. That's why I don't bother with counseling

@Lilliesandlight therapy never worked for me either. I dont want to be talked at...I want to be spoken with
