When you feel anxious and restless for no reason, how do you callm yourself down?

@NoGamesTolerated I can never just fall asleep when I'm like that, but I'm glad it works for me. Do you just lay down and sleep?
I can only do that if I make myself exhausted from breathing too heavy or crying. Then I pass out.

@Manfredthemanic Its better to take Tylenol 2 tabs and sleep than to have rapid breaths .. and HR.

@NoGamesTolerated Tablets? Are they sleeping tablets? Do they make your breathing better?

Your dad should understand you need a little help… You have to ask him if you can take Tylenol?

@NoGamesTolerated I have a councillor, but they can't help during panic attacks. My brother used to sit with me on the floor and he told me to breathe. That worked because I felt safe.
I wouldn't ask my dad because I know he'd say no

@NoGamesTolerated I am, but they would think I'm doing drugs or something and they don't want me to get addicted.
