When you feel anxious and restless for no reason, how do you callm yourself down?

I feel kike I have to breathe harder and more.
Sleep.. it works like a charm.

@Jenny1234 Those exercises don't really help me when I try them. :( But maybe I'm not doing it right.
Have you tried breathing into a paper bag?

I think I'm doing it wrong because it never works for me when I try it. Last night was a bad panic attack, and I was awake for most of the night. Even when I slept, I woke up in a panic. It was scary.

@Manfredthemanic I'm sorry about that, night time panic attacks are horrible 😞 I usually panic because I feel restricted or confined, so breathing and getting fresh air works best for me.

I don't know what causes mine. All I know is that comfort and having someone with me helps mine eventually.
