Do you have a default 'say yes' setting...or a default 'say no' when asked for something ?

My former default was "say yes," but that took a huge toll on me and people tended to take advantage. Now I'm a "say no" and my stress level has gone way down. My "say yes" is reserved for myself and emergency situations for family and friends. I'm much happier now.

Depends on who the asker is. My kids could get a yes anytime it was reasonable to do so. Anyone else...more a tendency to say no.
