@ServantOfTheGoddess anything u want it to be... even cans of beans or milk gallons. Running in place or push ups, etc. No excuses 4 not loving yourself enough 2 do it.

@Myocite Personally I can rarely bring myself to do exercise that is just exercise, as opposed to things like hiking or swimming that are enjoyable and also happen to be good for you.
