What did everyone do at the gym today?

Today was leg day for me and the last thing I wanted to do.

@Myocite yeah never miss back days as it makes for better core and firmer body back has great exercises

@Myocite still You need to it as mire back becomes better your chest amd triceps get better too and i can deadlift 700lbs so I know lol

@Myocite I am 208 Cms tall and weigh in around 300lbs and I love to lift and break things ypu shoult probably aim at 100lbs and then work fornadding 20 lbs every week
