This whole idea of withdrawal was bad from the start. There was no need to. Yes President Trump began the process and it’s one of the few things he did that I completely disagreed with. That said, how Biden has chosen to execute the withdrawal is beyond incompetent. Abandoning Black Hawk helicopters, 1000s of rifles, 10s of 1000s rounds of ammunition. No plan to get American citizens out, they don’t know how many there are and now can’t even guarantee safe passage to the airport in Kabul. Calling the ANA cowards. Sentencing Afghan nationals who fought beside us to death by not processing their visas and getting them the hell out of there. State Department says one thing, Pentagon says another and Biden finds a way to contradict both. Gross dereliction of duty by this administration.

@JesseInTX cover and ensure the safe evacuation of soft targets before withdrawing yourselves.
It's plain common sense.

@Oberon1 inventory and account for every single piece of weaponry and equipment, begin moving anything non essential out of the country, devise a system to get American citizens and Afghan nationals who helped us to the embassy in an orderly manner for transport out of the country, last to leave are military personnel. Not that hard to figure out

@JesseInTX I think this parade of bad decisions since Biden was posited have all been carefully planned and intentional. It's a demolition job that started some sixty years ago. First the intangibles and now the tangibles. Intellectual, political, social, economic, and material reconstruction is the intent once the demolition is complete.

@Oberon1 this particular situation has given the RNC dozens of campaign ads for the midterms.

@JesseInTX This is actually not the worst thing he has done in my opinion. He and Hunter are just drones for a malicious hive. The wheeling and dealing with China, Russia, and the WHOs involvement with Fauci and Hunan, and the creation of a continuously adaptable and mutating designer pandemic. The fueling of the fires of civil unrest, economic envy, and racial division. The bizarre indoctrination rather than education of school children, and the sick gender bending confusion and denial of biological science. The blurring of the line between abortion and eugenics. .......etc etc. The truth behind all this is a historically unprecedented crime perpetrated against humanity itself.

@Oberon1 the most important job an American President has is to protect the citizens. The administration has openly admitted they can’t do that right now in Afghanistan and that they don’t even know how many are there. That’s unforgivable.

I know there are many other things that have occurred but this post is directly related to the situation in Afghanistan currently so that’s my focus.

@JesseInTX It is unforgivable and pathetic. Sorry for the rabbit trail. I'm kind of prone to those.

@Oberon1 no worries. I understand what you’re getting at. I’m just focused on what the OP asked.
