If i selected 1 then i would be saying he is handling it very badly..
But i don't think he has handled it at all.. The guy is a senile old man who most likely had no idea what his handlers where doing in the situation.. Biden has quickly become an international joke and a meme for weakness and incompetence.. But really i don't think he is in control of anything.. He is a vacuum headed puppet..
