Ha....I made a fantastic tasting Arroz con Pollo with my new Dutch Oven. I can't believe I waited this long to finally break down and get one...it makes making dinners so much easier!

Your dinner sounds delicious. We had smoked Pulled pork with provel cheese and Hawaiian rolls and I had a salad. Everyone else pigged out on more pork, lol and chips and stuff.
