Social change exploded as fast as the internet, no wonder so many people aren't able to adapt.

Considering that when something as different as the internet cmes along the exact number of entheusiastic participants and their ways of using it are varied according to the nvelty factors, that proportion is probably closer now to the pareto distribution.
