When’s the worst time to go to work in your opinion? When it's that time of the month I'm in a lot of pain and I still have to pretend I'm not in pain

And look cheery. It's like having a knife stuck in your abdomen and you have to smile and talk through it all😕

You are not alone. Unfortunately, a lot of women go through this, and I am surprised that it is still a taboo subject, and brushed aside by healthcare professionals. It is a legitimate chronic medical/health issue, same as migraines, and I feel it should be acknowledged as such. 10 sick days/year does not begin to cover this for a lot of women.
