@BlueMetalChick all I have to say about promesa is the Puerto Rican independence flag was based off the dominican flag

Also, the Dominican flag looks a lot like the Chilean flag.

@BlueMetalChick no, the independence movement flag was based of the dominican flag. The dominican flag is on the top and Puerto Rico's independence movement flag on the bottom

@empanadas Oh, the Independence Flag is different from the regular Rico flag. That's why I thought Cuban, cos the Cuba flag is just the Rico flag but with reversed colors.
