I know.馃様The restaurants are getting bad too. No one cooks real veggies anymore, they just throw raw broccoli on your plate?馃憥

@Peaches had General鈥檚 chicken from two different Chinese restaurants last week and both sucked..like they pre-fried the chicken and kept it under a warmer and poured sauce over it when they got the order. I don鈥檛 know what鈥檚 going on with them.

@cherokeepatti We went to a Chinese restaurant and you could tell it was frozen from the supermarket.馃槪We never went back and they soon went out of business.

@Peaches Wow, that鈥檚 damn lazy. Went to a Thai restaurant several times for lunch and it was good. We went for dinner one evening and each of us ordered different chicken dishes. All sliced chicken breast covered in sauce with a few veggies, seemed like it was prepped to throw together at the last minute without any kind of thought. Haven鈥檛 been back to that one (it was about a year and a half ago).

@Peaches The same thing happened to me, except it was with Chinese takeout. The place had always been reliable, and then suddenly it was terrible - worst Chinese food ever. They were obviously using frozen and other poor quality ingredients.

@SW-User I KNOW...and charging top dollar!馃憥

@Peaches True, for both grocery stores and restaurants.

@Peaches saving on money to hire more workers to cook, maybe they can鈥檛 find extra help due to people being on unemployment and not wanting to work

@cherokeepatti Not to mention prices are climbing for food.馃檨 It's getting scary.

@Peaches won鈥檛 be eating in restaurants if the prices continue rising. Someone I know bought a tire for his granddaughters car to replace a flat 2 weeks ago. Today he decided to buy a second tire of the same brand & size to put on that car and bought it at Walmart.... the price has gone up $11 in two weeks!
