I don't know if it is just the weather but...

Has anyone lately felt like, even though you get full sleep, you still don't feel rested?

YES! I'm weird though doesn't matter how much sleep I get I'm always tired in the morning and afternoon. But I can be tired all day long but suddenly when night comes I get burst of energy. Always feel rested at night.
