When It Comes to Soreness and Workouts...

Is there a way to workout without getting sore or a way to help eliminate soreness? I'm starting workouts again since the start of COVID.
Slowly and gradually build up your activity levels to what they used to be rather than going all out at the level you were at - you'll need to work back up to that again.

Soreness has many causes. Overworking is the most common, not getting proper protein and nutrition is second.
Drink lots of water, try to eat about 1g of protein per pound of body weight and get plenty of sleep.
