When I was a kid I started getting headaches all the time. I cut out chocolate and colas and they reduced.

I went fifteen years without eating chocolate and then started having some white chocolate and eventually some milk chocolate.

I'll have it on occasion but but not often and have never gone back to colas. Once in a while I'll have 7up, root beer, or ginger ale but hardly ever. I can't understand how people like the taste of coke or Pepsi.

@zork0000 I still eat chocolate—dark is a favorite. Insofar as sodas? Never drink them. Not a fan of carbonation. 🍾
